Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will take full responsibility for the resolution.

Customer Change of Mind
We understand that plans can change. If you wish to return or exchange a product for reasons other than damage, the following terms apply:
Product Exchange
If you want to exchange your item for another product, a standard logistics fee of ₹600 will be applicable upon delivery of the new item.
Full Refund Cancellation
In case of cancellation after dispatch, delivery charges for both directions (as per actual Porter rates) will be applicable and deducted from the refund amount.
Note: All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. For damaged items, please ensure you document the damage (photos/videos) at the time of delivery to expedite your claim.
